2. Account Responsibility & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use this platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring the accuracy of all contact and shipping details provided during checkout.

3. Products, Sizing & Fabric Disclaimers

We make every reasonable effort to display apparel colors, cuts, and textures accurately. However, slight variations in color tone may occur due to individual screen settings or natural textile dyeing variations. Please consult our sizing guides before ordering to choose your intended silhouette (standard fit vs. relaxed oversized fit).

4. Pricing, GST & Order Acceptance

All product prices listed on Vastrikart are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Delivery charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of technical pricing errors or stock unavailability.

5. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically packed and handed over to our logistics partners within 24–48 working hours. Standard delivery across major Indian cities takes 3–6 business days. Tracking links are automatically dispatched via SMS and WhatsApp once the package is registered with the courier.

6. 7-Day Returns & Size Exchange Policy

We want you to love your fit. If a garment arrives damaged, defective, or does not fit as expected:

• You may initiate an exchange or return request within 7 calendar days of receiving the package.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original brand tags and polybags intact.
• Once quality check passes at our fulfillment hub, exchanges or refunds are credited within 3–5 working days.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website—including but not limited to brand logos, apparel patterns, typography, lookbook photography, marketing graphics, and custom code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Vastrikart Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
